We have many ways to help you on your spiritual journey, and we offer many opportunities for you to use your talents and gifts in the church, in our community, and across the world.
The fall session of Christian Women’s Job Corps starts September 12, 2011. Enrollment and application takes place August 23 - 25. Your involvement as a volunteer can absolutely change someone’s life as well. Your commitment would only be a few hours each week for 8 weeks. There are several areas that might fit your interest in serving. Job coaches (teacher aides) are needed for each class. Responsibilities include taking roll, checking homework and assisting the teacher with small group discussions. We also need women to assist the meal coordinator either by preparing meals or serving. If you prefer behind the scenes, we need volunteers to answer the phone and to contact former students. Contact: Sandy Adams at (903) 592-4693.
