PRF’s are processed each Thursday at 5pm.
Information submitted by Thursday at 5pm will be included in Worship Guide / Weekly Calendars one week out or 10 days later; not the immediate Sunday following (3 days later) but the Sunday after that (10 days later).
Event/Ministry Deadlines

Level 1 Event:
Mission Trips, Camps, Retreats, Concerts, Etc.
To receive support for Level 1 events, please submit a PRF due
10-12 weeks before first desired publicity effort. Also schedule a meeting w/ Director of Communications to discuss event details and specific needs.

Level 2 Event:
Conferences, Special Events, Etc.
To receive support for Level 2 events, please submit a PRF due 4-6 weeks before first desired publicity effort. Also schedule a meeting w/ Director of Communications to discuss event details and specific needs.

Level 3 Event:
Bible Studies, Monthly Program Changes, Reoccurring Ministry Event, Etc.
Publicity Request Form's are due each week by Thursday at 5pm for Level 3 events.

Xerox WorkCentre >>
Copier & Printer
All ministries are encouraged to design & print their own materials for disbursement. Communications provides a stocked print shop including a design computer stocked with Adobe software, a Xerox WorkCenter, and folder & cutting machine. Please contact the Admin Assistant to the Director of Communications for availability of Xerox WorkCenter.
Access Codes:
To access the Xerox WorkCentre, please contact the Receiptionist / Admin Assistant to Director of Communications for an Access Code. Access Codes are available for all ministries. The below charges will be made to each ministry for copies or prints made.

Revive Magazine >>
Revive Magazine will be distributed 3 or 4 times a year on each campus during worship service. The purpose of the new magazine will be to share information regarding Grace Community ministries as well as serve as a teaching tool and a voice of encouragement. All church members are encouraged to submit articles and or photography/graphics for Revive Magazine.

Articles/Stories (1500 word max) must be sent electronically to George Montalvo by the deadlines below. Hard copies will not be accepted.

Photography/Graphics must be sent electronically to George Montalvo or CDs or DVDs may also be submitted at or mailed to the Multi-site Church Office.

All submissions may be edited for content and will not be returned, so please keep your original and send us the copy.

Grace Community Church, as a public organization, avails itself of the opportunity to fully employ its legal license
to take photography and video (media) of all open venues including church settings. Such media may from time to time be made
available on the world wide web, CD, DVD, and/or print materials for dissemination and consumption by the public at large.
The objectives of such an open policy are to:
- 1. appeal to new comers and unchurched with our ministry philosophy plainly visible in our media
- 2. provide resources for our members & staff to consume for the purposes of

Privacy Clause
If you value anonymity & privacy and desire a photo/photos to be made unavailable on the world wide web, CD, DVD, and or print
materials, please send an email to communications@gcc.org. In the body of the email, please specify clearly what photo/photos
(by name, URL, etc) are to be removed from our catalogue along with a brief request stating why you would like the photo/photos to be removed.
Every effort will be made to remove requested photos from our catalogue within 30 days.
